- Define Asia Performance marketing Strategy: Select Places and set objectives
- Execute and Optimize Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Identify Best Practises in Performance marketing and participate in cross-regional best practise sharing for performancce marketing
Desired Skills and Experience
– 1 to 3 years of relevant experience with demonstrated results and reference letters
– Excelent in Search Engine Marketing, Google, Baidu and other platforms
– Passion about digital development. Extraordinarily curious about this world and truly self-motivated to know what is happening in the digital world
– Passion about start up environment. Enjoy growing up with small company
– Active social networks involvement preferred (blogger, micro blogger).
– Proactive in shouldering responsibility rather than passively executing tasks – Outgoing, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible personality
– Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills
– Proactive, creative, willing to share and listen others opinions.
– Native Chinese with a good level of English. Spanish is a plus.
